Cookie Policy

Publication date: September 11, 2026

1. About this Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how EVRN (“EVRN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit or use the Service. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains more generally how we collect, use, and share personal information.

Where required by applicable law, we ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies on your device. Strictly necessary cookies are used without consent because they are required for the operation of the Service.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner. Similar technologies include pixels, web beacons, local storage, and SDKs, which we refer to collectively as “cookies” in this Policy.

3. Cookies we set directly (application cookies)

We do not currently use any analytics tools, and we do not set marketing or advertising cookies — our marketing communications are sent by email only. The cookies below are the only cookies EVRN sets directly, and they are strictly necessary for the Service to function:

CookiePurposeDurationConsent required?
access_tokenAuthenticates your session and keeps the Service secure.15 minutesNo
refresh_tokenKeeps you signed in without re-entering your credentials.7 daysNo

4. Third-party cookies

A small number of cookies on the Service are set by third parties we work with, rather than by EVRN directly:

  • Google (Sign-In) — if you choose to sign in with “Continue with Google,” Google sets its own cookies to complete that authentication flow. These are owned and controlled by Google, not EVRN.
  • Google (YouTube embeds) — our landing page includes three embedded YouTube videos, which load from youtube.com and can set the cookies listed in the table below. Elsewhere in the Service, video embeds use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set these cookies unless and until you press play.
  • Stripe — we use Stripe to process payments and manage billing. When you check out or manage your billing, you are redirected to a page hosted by Stripe on Stripe’s own domain, and Stripe sets its own cookies there in accordance with Stripe’s privacy and cookie policies. We do not embed Stripe’s cookie-setting code on our own domain, so no Stripe cookies are set directly by EVRN and none appear in the table below.

These providers may use cookies in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review. We do not control these third-party cookies once set, though we require our providers to only process data on our behalf and in line with our instructions where applicable.

5. How to control cookies

Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies). Others remain on your device until they expire or you delete them (persistent cookies). See the Duration column in Sections 3 and 4 for how long each of our cookies lasts.

You can control non-essential cookies in the following ways:

  • Cookie banner — when you first visit the Service, you can accept or decline non-essential cookie categories through our cookie consent banner.
  • Preference center — you can change your cookie preferences at any time via .
  • Browser controls — most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Refer to your browser’s help documentation for instructions.

Please note that blocking or deleting certain cookies, including strictly necessary cookies such as access_token and refresh_token, may affect the availability or functionality of the Service (for example, you may be signed out or unable to stay signed in).

6. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post any updates on this page and, where required by law, will seek your renewed consent.
